Mr. Daniel Merege is a successful lawyer with 5+ years of experience in Corporate and Digital Law, LLM graduated at FGV. Innovative and diversified professional, very experienced in Legal Strategy and Compliance.

Graduated in 2017 as a Bachelor in Law School at IBMEC (www.ibmec.br), has previously worked (i) as Delegate Manager for AONESAT (www.aonesat.net), member of the team responsible for the creation of the company’s Brazilian branch, and (ii) as an associated lawyer for many large Brazilian law firms such as MACHADO MEYER, SIQUEIRA CASTRO and BÖING GLEICH ADVOGADOS. Brazilian and fluent in English and Portuguese.

Our attorneys hold expertise in regulatory subject matters acting constantly with Brazilian regulatory agencies (ANP – oil & gas, ANEEL – power, ANATEL – telecommunications, ANTAQ – water transportation & ports, ANTT – land transportation, ANVISA – health & sanitary, and others).
